September 15, 1986 For a few days the anger of the Lord has been stirred in me. His anger is against the so-called Spirit-filled churches. He says the best kept secret in the churches is the fact that they are suppose to be Spirit-filled. They have put His Spirit out, therefore He is going to take His Spirit out and turn this city over to the devil, as the churches already have. He says great destruction is coming to Phoenix and for me to prepare to move. This city is a cursed city. A haunt for devils. The churches have done nothing to protect the flock. The shepherds have allowed defilement in the sanctuary and much of it comes right from the pulpit itself.

At a prayer meeting in my home the Lord showed me in my spirit the great devastation that is coming to Phoenix and I was weeping and as two ladies laid hands on me the weeping also came over them by the Spirit. He did not show me in my natural eye exactly how the devastation was coming except that I knew it will be through the weather system. I perceive it will be either tornadoes and/or earthquakes. The following eight storms in a row; we had tornado sightings and increased to multiple tornado sightings; of which we had never had before. He said He did not show me in my natural eye because I wouldn’t be able to handle the burden.

A woman at an Aglow meeting had a word for me that God had given me a direction to go in and others wouldn’t accept it but it was from God and as I go in that direction others will see it is of God.

A friend’s mother said that 50 years ago a well-known prophet came to Phoenix and prophesied that Phoenix would be destroyed.

Mary Taylor from Washington called Nov. 1989 and said she met a prophetess that said God told her that Phoenix was going to be destroyed (greatly devastated).

August 14, 1996: worse storm we’ve ever had – 120 mph winds. Tornado damage! How-ever, this is not what was prophesied – it’ll be worse and more widespread.

JUDGMENT AGAINST PHOENIX (#2)

For the great rejection of the prophets of the Lord this shall surely be the year of My recompense. For surely I have walked amongst you and you received Me not. For miracles I have done and yet you supported not My work – the work of My saints. For as you have rejected My saints, so shall I reject you. For that that you have sown you shall reap. For idolatry that is in the land, for the seduction of My sheep, for the rejection of My prophets, there shall surely be a recompense of weeping, of fears, of destruction. (Those that call upon Me out of a pure heart, I will hear.) For you have not looked to Me for My ways.

For you have greatly rejected Me through My Son and through My prophets. For My judgments have been throughout the land since I first spoke it through My prophets and yet you have not repented. And yet you regarded not My judgments. Therefore, I say unto you, you who have not heeded the warnings of My prophets, you shall even see My judgments upon your city (Phoenix). Yes, even greater than that that has been upon other cities – for you repented not but have gone even further into the gall of My displeasure. Watch and see if that that I speak is not of Me. For there shall surely be a recompense of that that you have done unto My sheep, unto My Son.

For I have given you warnings and you heeded not My warnings and now you must stand before Me in My judgment. Yet in My judgments that have been, you’ve not even praised Me for the sparing of lives. You’ve not even considered the evilness of your ways. You’ve not even taken up the burden for the people I have slain – for the destruction of their lives – their shelters, their food, their raiment. For their security is in their possessions and not in Me. Where is your weeping for the destruction I have already brought upon your land - your people? (Amos 6:1,6) You sit in the comfort of your dwelling places and don’t take up a burden.

So shall your burdens be greater. Those of you who sit in the comforts and pleasures that I have provided for you, care not for those who have not. Did I not say that there is to be equality among My people – take what you have and give to the poor for then in your time of need you will have provision? You shall surely yet have a time of need, for that is the only way I am able to tender your hearts. In the midst of the rubble, for those who will seek My face, repent for their wicked ways and vow a vow unto Me - not to return to their wicked ways - I will heal your land.

There shall be a great revival across this land. Your hearts will respond and take in the homeless, give to those that have need, the least of these, My brethren. There shall be a great love one to another across this land – the love that is pure and holy – not just in words but in works.

There is no more to be said to this city (Phoenix) through Me. For I have wandered the streets with no place to dwell – let the recompense be upon your heads.
