This has been one weapon that the Christian Political wing has been wielding and still wants to wield worldwide—an area our Lord Jesus Christ did not venture nor omission us to venture - using politics as a means to change the world.
Christians who advocate for Moral Legislation are deceived and ignorant about the teachings of Jesus Christ on morality.
Jesus taught us that it is the heart that defiles a man. He then gave us the antidote to this predicament…His word, His gospel, Himself. So our weapon against the immorality in this world is not creating a new set of rules to protect the family or Christian judges with a conservative background but the Word of God the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
SPIRITUAL WARFARE IS NOT ABOUT PHYSICAL FIGHTS
Since sin involves the heart, it is a spiritual matter. This is why the laws of man even though laced with morality have not changed the current condition of the world. In fact the more the laws, the more the crimes. This is because the laws of man are physical weapons to create physical order when the issue of sin is a spiritual matter.
AS for Christians because we are not of this world but in it and since our King has not yet come to reign over this world, we cannot claim to take control of the laws of men bent to our liking. This is not to exalt apathy in speaking against injustice and immorality…this is what the early church also did but based on sound doctrine not conservative values of Western or African or Asian culture.
THE EARLY CHURCH’S RESPONSE TO IMMORALITY
An example is set by the apostles and the church who dealt with immorality amongst themselves not trying and moralizing the Gentile world and unbelievers by force of the Law.
The epistles are filled with messages of abstaining and marriage as the solution to immorality amongst Christians. However, there was also expulsion and seclusion if one persisted in the sin as recorded in 2 Corinthians.
In preaching the gospel the apostles reiterated the message that the immoral would not inherit the kingdom of God. They however, did not narrow down to the sexual immoral, they also targeted the thieves, liars, heretics, drunkards and others who are contrary to sound doctrine.
Today Christendom is diametrically out of line of the position of the early Church ( no wonder it is called an apostasy ).
This apostasy is based on the belief that the church is to take over the world for Christ in all aspects. So this theology gave birth to Christian judges, Christian Lawyers, Christian Corporations and Christian presidents. The Christians have forgotten about heaven and about their soon coming King…to them it is all about making heaven here, Christian utopia—Satanic deception.
SEXUAL IMMORALITY BLINDFOLD TO JUSTICE
Yes these sexual wrongs are sins and may be crimes in certain human orders but why do many Political Christians spend money and energy on sexual crimes but not economic crimes?
The economic crimes by American corporations demand more screams and protests from Christians. The corporations have ravished many in the Third world, slowed down development to stifle competition against them. IT IS BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBEREY AND STEALING. This spoiling takes place every day and practically majority of the working class are salves under this most subtle lord -serf economic system.
Where are the Christians who love campaigning against sexual immorality voices in this issue? Thieves are also not going to inherit the kingdom of God. Extortionists are not going to heaven…Diverse weights and diverse prices manned by American and Western corporations are abominations in God‘s sight!!
We can conclude that this Morality clout is vanity has the Christians are fighting with the wrong weapons and are being blinded to see the real wickedness in the midst of them-INJUSTICE,INQUITY ( I also call it No-Equity, No-Justice)
What if a stealing multi national corporation supported the protection of marriage, financed world missions and supported the criminalization of abortion will these earthly minded Christians rejoice? I think so, because all they care about is protection of their comfort in the world and not justice.
If Christians preach the gospel in word and deed they will be a threat to the kingdom of Satan and the stinking rich corporations which rarely consider justice in this world.
CORPORATE GREED COVERED WITH HYPOCRISY
The elite’s corporations will do anything to look right in the eyes of the Christian majority. In Africa they even sponsor Christian events. Today, banks are giving to the poor at the same time stealing from them…utter wickedness and theft!!
However, since they have done good works in society and benevolent gestures, they are considered to be honest business entities. In short they hide their criminality and then pay money for people to waste energy on magnified criminals like homosexuals and abortionists. In the end both ends of the divide are busy fighting in court and church as the pillaging and wars financed by global elitists goes on without end.
No law made by man will solve the inequity in the world…that is why salvation is only in the name of Jesus Christ. You will be wasting time trying to change your neighborhood with your own rules. You will be saving you life if you lose it for the sake of the Lord Jesus and his words, not for voting for the right man made laws.
Christians should return to the truth which is in the New Testament that as we wait for the new heavenly city let us warn every man and persuade them to the kingdom of God where there is justice and equity and righteousness. The Good news is what the world should hate us for not for politically motivated morality that is nothing but Pharisaical hypocrisy…hypocrites are going to hell.
